Returns Policy

At ShineLuxBeauty, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes, an item may not meet your expectations. To accommodate this, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly returns policy.

Return Eligibility

Time Frame:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed, without any signs of use, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We strictly adhere to this policy to ensure that returned items are suitable for resale.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include final sale items, promotional or discounted items, and items purchased with a gift card. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.


Return Process

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shine or help@shineluxbeauty.com. You will be asked for details of your purchase and then if applicable provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:
A flat rate of $12.00 will be charged for return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly indicated on the return package.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 5% of the item’s original purchase price will be applied to all returns. This fee covers the cost of processing returns and preparing items for resale.


Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus the return shipping cost and restocking fee. Please allow for a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact our customer service team (help@shineluxbeauty.com).
